Beginner’s TRE class

Perfect for those whom have never experienced a TRE class, is working towards self-practice, need a refresher on their TRE Practise, or just want the benefits of a group Shake Session.

This class is conducted in a light and fun way to ease you into the practice of self trust as you learn to engage in Neurogenic Tremors.

Typically people are in a better mood and feel emotionally lighter after class.

If you do have any physical health issues, please let me know so we can make sure this is the right class for you a different class may be better. Location will either be at Holistic Bloom, Plaza Mont Kiara. This location has easy paid parking lots and lift access.

To prepare for the class please:
1. Dress in comfortable clothes for light exercises and to shake. Nothing tight or restrictive. Typical exercise clothes are good, if you wear a skirt (also wear shorts or bring a cover because the tremor position is parted knees on the ground)

2. Yoga Mat

3. Bring something to support your neck and lower back especially – at least 2 – soft pillows / large towels / large t-shirt.
Bring more than 2 if you also need to support your shoulders and feet (People with feet issues tend to need something soft to support their feet)

4. Bring a Blanket or jacket to cover up in case you feel cold during the shake session.

5. Drinking Water
