6 weeks may seem like a big commitment, but aren’t you worth it? 90 minutes a week, for 6 weeks in a row and you could find yourself approaching the holiday season with a newfound resilience. Achieve a better understanding of how your nervous system works, and how to work with it so you can be present and ready for the holiday season.

Each week we will go through the Tension Release Exercise(TRE®) series, which is a simple and accessible, yet powerfully effective way to release stress, whether that stress is manifested physically, emotionally or mentally. TRE® is a series of 7 simple physical exercises that evoke Neurogenic tremors(vibration, shaking) which are a safe and healthy way to discharge stress and calm the nervous system. The exercises can be modified for any body type or disability.
