Learn to shake it off! This 3 week series invites you to organically unwind layers of tension in the body with the sweet release of TRE® ( Tension, Stress & Trauma Release Exercises) This course is suitable for anyone with or without a regular movement practice and honors all injuries and any limited mobility.
Prior experience with TRE® is suggested but not required as this is a workshop to explore the next levels of neurogenic tremors in a group setting.
