Fascia LAB is a fluid interdisciplinary research project, looking at connection and adaption in the material and social body. This is where we play, speculate and think openly together by inviting in influences from other fields artistic and theoretical.
This workshop is for anyone wishing to understand more about the incredible fluid networks and tensile structures of the body. As with all things Fascia however, expect to come away with more questions than answers and with a renewed awe in the complexity, adaptability and wisdom of the human organism.
For TRE providers it will act as an advanced deep dive, enhancing how you work and give account for change within the body.
It is also designed to give practitioners using other therapeutic methods, scientific insight into how healing is integrated and can be instigated from the bodies tissues.
Though we’ll be using TRE to embody and process the theory, prior experience of the practice isn’t necessary.
We are launching with a two day workshop at Bidston Observatory though it is now possible to attend online as well
