During the workshop we will:
-Introduce the method & discuss personal tremoring experience
-Review anatomy, neurology and physiology of stress and trauma as it relates to TRE
-Perform the TRE
series of exercises, which evoke a natural tremoring response and practice self-regulation.
-Conclude with gentle relaxation exercises to allow the body and mind to settle and integrate.
-Participants must bring to class a thick yoga mat and blanket (optional), personal water bottle and wear loose comfortable clothing.
***Please note, as a precautionary measure, pregnant women should not participate.
