    Bio The name of my company – Healthy and Rested – says what I want everyone to feel. It’s the opposite of the stress, pain, illness, tension, stiffness, anxiety and poor sleep that riddle modern society. I want people to age gracefully. I work with what I call The Simple Body, as a teacher and a healer.     Bio I trained as a provider of Tension/Trauma Release Exercises (TRE) after experiencing the personal benefits of relieving stress and tension. Also, I witnessed many others have amazing benefits, even releasing deep-rooted trauma. It is amazing that a simple set of exercises can produce incredible stress relief. I used to live in constant fear, anxiety, and agitation. I had lost the will to live. The tension-releasing benefits of TRE (along with other therapies I’ve trained in, such as Craniosacral Therapy, and Polarity Therapy), helped me to learn how to truly relax. The incessant, negative mental chatter lessened. I gained clarity on how to handle life’s challenges with more grace and ease. Now, I live a more joyful life, and I can experience states of inner peace. Coming out of a traumatic, personal history helps me to help others with their inner pain.     Bio • Earned his Masters degree in psychology with a concentration in neurofeedback from the Sapienza University of Rome. • He is currently concluding his Ph.D. degree in cognitive psychology, psychophysiology and personality from the same university. • Attended several specialization courses in biofeedback and neurofeedback under the guidance of world-renowned experts Peter Van Deusen, Vietta Wilson, Lynda Kirk, Lynda and Michael Thompson. • His area of expertise spans from effective communication to hypnosis, analogic psychology, Neuro-Linguistic Programming and he taught these subjects for four years at the University of Macerata. • In parallel, he deepened his interest in the Eastern disciplines by studying Tibetan language and Vairajana phylosophy at the Rangjung Yeshe Institute di Boudhanath, Kathmandu, Nepal, as well as Sanscrit and Vamachara Tantra at the Maa Mangalam Centre of Gaya, Bihar, India.
